Beyond corporate roles, she is committed to driving impactful campaigns that support diversity and inclusion within the media landscape. Over the years, Tolu co-founded initiatives such as The Culture Reel Podcast, aimed at diversifying film criticism, The First Film Club, which showcases emerging filmmakers and mentored young aspiring talent with Youth Beyond Boarders.

Tolu’s dedication extends beyond her professional work—she is a proud member of BAFTA Connect and serves as a committee member for Women in PR, where she advocates for gender diversity within the public relations sector.
