Ria Hebden is a powerhouse television presenter, award-nominated entrepreneur, and fearless champion for diversity in the media. She is the Founder and CEO of Wonder Women—an influential network elevating underrepresented women in TV and the Creative Industries—and founder of the production company Carpe Diem Media Productions. Her mission? To tell bold, diverse stories that spark change and inspire the next generation.

With a career spanning top-tier broadcasters and global media giants, Ria’s interviewed some of the world’s most famous actors for ITV’s Lorraine, bringing viewers the latest in entertainment and celebrity news. She’s fronted BBC One’s Sunday Morning Live, co-presented two series of ITV’s All Around Britain, and reported for Good Morning America at the King’s Coronation. She’s also hosted red carpet coverage for the BAFTA Film Awards on BritBox America, and interviewed A-list stars including Jennifer Anniston, Harrison Ford, Idris Elba, and Sigourney Weaver.

Through Wonder Women, Ria has built a transformative platform offering year-long mentorship, masterclasses, and headline-making live events—including the Wonder Women Conference at BAFTA and the BFI. Under her leadership, the network has become a go-to resource for elevating mid-level career women.

Off-screen, Ria is a magnetic host and moderator for film premieres, awards shows, and global media events—working with major players such as Disney, ScreenSkills, Cannes Lions International, and PromaxUK. As a celebrity contestant, she’s raised​ over £​130K for charity on Celebrity Catchphrase and The Chase, dazzled audiences on Dancing on Ice, and appeared as a contest on Celebrity Mastermind, Richard Osman’s House of Games and Sorry I Didn’t Know.

Before stepping into the spotlight, Ria was a high-impact publicist for Disney, Discovery, Fox, and Channel 4.
