Over a decade at The Garden Productions, she played a pivotal role in shaping the company into an unscripted TV titan, rising through the ranks from Director of Production to MD and co-CEO. Her leadership was instrumental in delivering genre-defining hits such as 24 Hours in Police Custody, Real PD, 24 Hours in A&E, and Squid Game: The Challenge.
