Emma Thomas

Emma has worked in the Film & TV Industry for 30 years on over fifty productions and was honoured with the British Academy Television Craft Special Award (BAFTA) in recognition of her contribution to the industry through her role as a Script Supervisor in 2019 but also for her efforts as a Wonder Women mentor and supporter of the next generation of talent.

Katie Rawcliffe

Katie Rawcliffe is the Director of Entertainment, Reality & Daytime for ITV, leading the creative commissioning strategy across ITV1, ITV2 & ITVX. Managing teams across the multiple genres she commissions over 2,000 hours of content each year - including world-famous brands regularly reaching audiences of scale. Notable titles include: The Masked Singer, Britain’s Got Talent, I’m A Celebrity, Love Island, The BRITs, The Assembly, Romesh Ranganathan’s Parents' Evening, The Chase and This Morning.

Emma Morris

Emma is the Executive Editor of Morning Live and The One Show for BBC Studios and has worked in TV for over 20 years.

Before joining the BBC and launching Morning Live, Emma worked on a variety of shows including 5 News, where she worked as a script writer and Programme Editor, before taking on leadership roles at ITV’s This Morning and Loose Women. She's also worked on a number of documentaries for BBC and Channel 4, written and directed a West End stage show, and is a trained journalist.

Fozia Khan

Fozia oversees a varied slate including All or Nothing: Arsenal, Clarkson’s Farm, The Fake Sheikh and upcoming, 007’s Road to a Million. Prior to joining Amazon, she was a Commissioning Editor for documentaries at Channel 4 and prior to commissioning, was a documentary director and producer for 16 years.
