    Head of Development

    Once it became clear she was watching more telly than most broadcasters commission, Alex left Liverpool for a training scheme at Channel 4 in 2012, and spent the next decade developing bold, original unscripted ideas at places like Tiger Aspect, NBC Universal, Studio Lambert and TwoFour. Alexandra thrives in creating fresh, pitch ready formats with genuine global potential, bringing clarity and spark to world building, premium reality, gameshows, talent led ideas and high concept entertainment. Alex spent the last six years leading development at Label1 and Minnow Films’ formats team, where she led pitches to all UK broadcasters as well as major US and global streamers, and currently consults for several indies, helping refine and sharpen their ideas to be pitched with confidence. 

  • Alison Cain

    Edit Producer

    Alison is a creative Factual Edit Producer and Development Executive, known for shaping ambitious, character-led factual television with clarity, sensitivity and flair. 

    Beginning her career in scripted comedy and drama development - where she spent just under ten years at Big Talk Productions working on shows including Rev., Friday Night Dinner and Our Zoo - Alison’s current home is in documentary. Here she has spent the past decade as a freelancer building a specialism in sensitive access programming spanning titles such as The Kidnap of Angel Lynn, Forensics and 24 Hours in A&E. Her background in comic storytelling also allows her to bring her funny bones to lighter, character-driven shows like Night Coppers and Apple TV’s The Reluctant Traveller.

    With a reputation for spotting compelling stories, gaining sensitive access and crafting complex material into emotionally resonant television, Alison is driven by a belief in bold, human storytelling that connects audiences to the world around them.

  • Amanda Riley

    Senior Producer

    Originally from Manchester, Amanda is a London-based Senior Documentary Producer working across UK and international platforms. Recent credits include Desert Law (A&E), Love Con Revenge (Netflix) and Manhunt (Channel 4).

    Her work spans a range of formats, including observational documentaries, presenter-led series and multiple first series, filmed across six continents. She is drawn to stories that foreground distinctive characters and explore complex lived experiences through clear, impactful storytelling. With a strong journalistic instinct, Amanda brings rigour, sensitivity and narrative clarity to every project, enjoying the process of shaping films and series from development through to delivery with confidence and creativity.

  • Anisha Patel

    Media Doctor

    Dr. Anisha Patel is an NHS GP specialising in women’s health, a stage 3 bowel cancer survivor, speaker, content creator and an Amazon bestselling author. She combines her clinical expertise with lived experience to break down taboos, challenge stigma, and shine a light on health issues that are often overlooked, including health inequalities.

    Anisha is passionate about translating complex medical topics into accessible, engaging conversations for wider audiences. She is also a patient advocate for research globally as well as charities. She has worked across a range of media outlets, including BBC, ITV News, Lorraine, Jeremy Vine, TalkTV, and uses storytelling, public speaking, and creative content to inform, inspire, and empower.

  • Beki Henderson

    Producer/Director

    Beki is a BAFTA-nominated Producer and Producer/Director with over 12 years’ experience crafting character-led documentaries and storytelling across adventure, documentary and factual entertainment. She specialises in filming in remote and extreme environments, blending strong editorial judgement with deep field experience to shape narratives on location.

    Equally comfortable leading small crews into never-before-filmed locations or steering large-scale, A-list-led productions, she has delivered premium content for National Geographic, Disney+, Apple TV, BBC, Channel 4 and more. Credits include Pole to Pole with Will Smith, The Wild Ones, Expeditions with Steve Backshall and Race Across the World. She is a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society and a Scientific Exploration Society Explorer.

  • Caroline Ceolin Hausen

    Senior Production Coordinator

    Caroline is a Senior Production Coordinator and Inclusion Advocate at UKTV’s Production Management team. She began her career as a runner at Channel 4’s Production Centre before joining A&E Networks (now Hearst Networks EMEA) as a presentation scheduler.

    After a brief pause to complete a master’s degree in International Relations, she returned to A&E as a Commissioning Coordinator. She later moved to Disney’s Channel department, where her work with ERG initiatives deepened her commitment to DEI.

    At UKTV, she partners with independent production companies to promote inclusive hiring and embed DEI principles across the organisation’s original productions.

  • Clementine Cheetham

    Producer/Director

    Clementine is a producer/director working primarily in science, specialist factual and current affairs. Her work as a producer has been Emmy and Grierson nominated and can be found across the BBC, Channel 4, National Geographic and Netflix.

    She has filmed across the globe, in challenging situations, with complex access. Her work runs the gamut of genre and style, from quirky films made on a shoestring to high-end series with cutting-edge CGI, from drama docs to branded content. Within her teams she prioritises collaboration and opportunities for growth.

    Her most recent work as a director can soon be seen on the HETV BBC landmark series, ‘Evolution’ with Chris Packham, slated for broadcast later this year. 

  • Delia Williams

    Series Producer

    Delia is a Series Producer with almost 20 years experience in unscripted television, delivering premium factual entertainment, studio, and live event broadcasts at scale. She has held senior editorial roles across major formats for Channel 4, BBC, and international broadcasters, shaping formats, overseeing delivery in high-pressure environments and guiding teams with clarity.

    Her work includes leading large crews and talent teams on landmark projects such as The Big Breakfast, Eurovision Song Contest 2023: Turquoise Carpet, and Celebrity Race Across the World. Delia is now focused on building ambitious, scalable projects with long-term cultural relevance and commercial impact.

  • Denise Glass

    Producer/Director

    Denise is a Producer/Director working in Unscripted TV in Scotland. Turning her hand to many genres, Denise has done everything from blue light obs docs, antiques, the outdoors, consumer, property, crafts and almost everything in between.

    Denise is also a self-shooter and drone pilot who loves to capture beautiful shots while telling great stories from across the UK.

    Denise has a background in journalism and started in radio and online before switching to TV. She’s now looking forward to taking her career to the next level on this amazing programme.

  • Gemma Grandison

    Presenter

    An experienced presenter, host and moderator with over ten years working across live events, local radio and digital platforms. She has created engaging online content, interviewed celebrities, and led thoughtful conversations on webinars and panels.

    Known for her warmth, curiosity and humour, she connects easily with audiences and guests alike. Driven by a passion for people and storytelling, she has a particular love for factual entertainment and documentaries.

    Now, she is focused on making the television she loves to watch, developing projects as both presenter and producer, with a strong interest in mental and holistic health and wellbeing advocacy.

  • Hope Abbott

    Shooting Producer/Director & Casting Producer

    Hope Abbott is a self-shooting Producer Director and Casting Producer across unscripted television. Notable credits include Strictly Come Dancing (BBC), Renovation Rescue (Channel 4), Grand Designs (Channel 4), and filming the taster for Maternity: Broken Trust (ITV). This led to a commission, an RTS win and multiple other award nominations.

    Her first editorial role, over four consecutive series, was on Long Lost Family (ITV). Hope has since been known for navigating complex casting briefs, working to strict deadlines, and bringing out the best in contributors while maintaining the highest duty of care. She is founder of the Instagram page @hopetvcastinguk

    Hope has produced digital content for the Natural History Museum and the RHS, including filming the Queen at her final Chelsea Flower Show. During recent parental leave, she developed an original concept in the digital space, aimed at showcasing emerging British children’s presenters.

    A CAA-approved drone operator, Hope brings a strong visual sensibility alongside hands-on production experience, from early stage development through to edit producing. She is focused on building future-facing skills and stepping into wider creative leadership roles.

  • Jocelyn Chandler-Hawkins

    Producer/Production Manager

    Jocelyn is a film producer, production manager and film event curator, creating immersive stories and inclusive screening events developing communities and connection. She is the founder behind a range of transformative and influential initiatives including Through A Different Lens and Creative Connection.

    Jocelyn has a background in project management and stakeholder engagement across education, charity and commercial business. Her film credits include Words On A Page, The Complaint and Hells Bells.

    Jocelyn has produced the Film Bath festival, managed member events for Directors UK and produced a selection of events celebrating 100 years of community cinema for Cinema For All. 

  • Justine Leahy

    Line Producer

    Justine Leahy is an accomplished Line Producer living in Scotland, with over 10 years’ experience delivering ambitious, high-budget productions across Specialist Factual, Factual Entertainment, Feature Documentaries, and Drama.

    Recent credits include Line Producer on Nak Muay (2025), a high end proof-of-concept for a feature slated to shoot in late 2026 in Bangkok. Directed by Tinge Krishnan and executive produced by Michelle Yeoh (Wicked, Everything Everywhere All at Once), John Penotti (Crazy Rich Asians), and Colin Pons (two-time BAFTA winner), Nak Muay mark a reunion with Disruptive Element Films, following her BAFTA-winning collaboration on Shadowscan (2001). Disruptive Element Films focuses on Film & TV drama Horror, Martial Arts, Action, Sci Fi Thriller, inspired by Southeast Asian stories

    Other recent highlights include Line Producer on Pile Up: World’s Biggest Crash Test (2025) (Creative Scotland / Channel 4 / PBS / NOVA) — a world-first engineering experiment recreating a motorway pile-up with cutting-edge technology, over 110 cameras and crew, and a High-End Unscripted budget to explore multi-vehicle crash dynamics for the first time, shot on Location in Scotland.

    Justine also line produced Channel 4’s Eden, from development across the first six months of production and transmission of S1, a bold, multi-million-pound social experiment filmed over a year in remote Scottish wilderness. The show combined fixed-rig filming and large-scale logistics, described by NEP UK as their “most ambitious ever” production.

    From wilderness to world-firsts, Justine thrives on turning challenging creative visions bridging between the creative and the practical, translating vision into tangible results on screen.

  • Keira Burgess

    Senior Producer

    Keira has worked in unscripted TV and branded content for 20+ years, drawn to the industry through a love of music programming. Starting out in music and youth TV, she developed a career across premium factual content for all major UK linear channels as well as digital platforms.

    Most recently, she has branched into Branded Entertainment, exploring storytelling opportunities in the new media ecosystem. With experience in casting, development, forward planning, VT, studio and the edit, she tackles projects with a holistic approach. Keira’s drive to tell stories from new perspectives is front and centre of every project, and some of her favourites include the pioneering music and culture show FTTF (Channel 4), The Great British Sewing Bee (BBC1) and Drift Queen (Red Bull Media House). 

  • Kelsey Egan

    Writer/Director (Scripted)

    Having built her career on both sides of camera - including eight years as a stunt performer and six years as a VFX producer in addition to directing, writing and acting - Kelsey is a versatile filmmaker as comfortable on indie sets as she is on high-end productions. Her debut feature - dystopian fairytale GLASSHOUSE - premiered at Fantasia and Fantastic Fest and received 4-stars in the Guardian.

    Her adrenaline-fueled second feature, THE FIX - a sci-fi thriller with +600 VFX shots - won the Dangerous Visions Award at Chattanooga and closed Sci-Fi London. Both received special mentions in the NYT. Kelsey’s work has been described as “sensual and savage”, “gorgeously imagined”, “intensely thrilling”, “tightly plotted”, “sharply observed”, “intriguing and visceral”.

  • Kim Nguyen

    Curriculum Manager

    Kim has built a dual career across film production and creative education. She works as a freelance production coordinator and recently produced a student short film.

    As Curriculum Manager at BFBS Academy, she teaches military veterans, helping them transfer their skills into post-service careers in media. Kim has established partnerships with Amazon, BBC, and Fremantle to create industry pathways. She combines hands-on production experience with educational leadership, holding an MA from UCL in Digital Media, Culture and Education. She's committed to opening up creative industries to people who don't usually get access.

  • Liyanne Manning

    Casting Director

    Liyanne Marie is a new-generation, multi-genre casting director renowned for uncovering extraordinary talent across film, television, theatre, commercials, digital storytelling and more. Vision-led and instinctively inclusive, she is driven by innovation, constantly evolving casting practices to meet the demands of modern audiences and emerging formats. A true pioneer of the Vertical Drama space, she is the first casting director in the UK to navigate this medium, elevating quality, craft, and industry standards. Her work spans commercial, cinema, music videos, television, stage, advertising, vertical drama, Live shows & more. 

    Fiercely collaborative, Liyanne treats casting as a transformative craft, connecting a vision or script’s soul to an actor’s/talents truth and reshaping stories worldwide.

  • Michelle Jones

    Creative Leader/Filmmaker

    Michelle is a creative leader and multi-award-winning filmmaker with over 23 years’ experience across the creative industries. Her debut short film Uncle won 11 awards, received two honourable mentions, and screened at 21 international festivals. Her second short film, Last Christmas, launches its festival run in February 2026.

    She is an alumna of Momentum, the We Are Parable & Channel 4 professional development programme for Black filmmakers and content creators, and is co-owner of the production company About Damn Time, as well as co-founder of The Screen Collective.

  • Morgan Phillips

    Producer/Director

    Morgan is a multilingual director and producer with a passion for telling factual stories that connect across cultures and platforms. Her work has taken her from Mexico to Europe, the Middle East and Australia, filming arts, observational documentary and factual programmes in diverse cultural contexts. Morgan’s television credits include programmes for the BBC, Channel 4, Channel 5, ITV and ABC Australia, as well as short-form content for online and social channels.

    Morgan directs multi-camera crews and self-shoots, and is respected for her calm, confident and collaborative leadership. Known for her ability to build trust with contributors, and lead cast and crews with clarity, confidence and care. Morgan is committed to continual self-development and collaboration; she thrives on exploring new ways of telling meaningful stories and is excited to be part of the Wonder Women 2026 cohort.

  • Nikki Fagbemi

    Actor/Screenwriter

    Nikki is an actor and writer based in London. Nikki’s career in TV and film started on screen where she played lead on one of the Russel T Davies channel four trio hit show Banana. Nikki played Zara, a sixteen year old Nigerian school girl that has ended up in the wrong hands in Manchester and is now at risk. Banana was then picked up by Netflix in October 2020.

    After Banana, Nikki went on to working on numerous projects including a play by Abe Abraham, a commercial and a few short films. One of the short film “ocean” by Seye Isikalu did rounds in festival including Lagos photo festival. Nikki also starred in Freddy Suborn short film “Isla Traena” alongside Weruche Opia and Anthonia Thomas.

    In 2020 Nikki made the decision to start writing and has grown her writing skills in various writers room including Bloods, and Dreaming Whilst Black.

  • Nikki Rosen

    Assistant Producer

    Nikki is a journalist and Assistant Producer with experience producing broadcast and digital news at Channel 4 News and the BBC.

    From working in newsrooms on some big stories, she’s certainly calm in a crisis. But character-led stories with humans at their heart are her favourite type of stories to watch and work on. Many of her stories have centred around women, health and education.

    Whether making news for young people at Newsround, running workshops for Bitesize, or teaching English in many countries around the world, a common thread to much of her work has been education and empowering young people.

     She loves amplifying underrepresented voices through visual storytelling – and is a loud and proud champion for neurodiversity!

  • Pamela Pifferi

    Producer/ Line Producer

    Pamela is a Producer and Line Producer with over 15 years’ experience across feature films and high-end branded content. With experience across the UK and Europe, her credits include the Oscar-nominated Living (2022) and The Kitchen (2023). Born and raised in Italy, she began my career from the ground up in the production department. She moved to London 13 years ago and re-shaped her career to work with the best talents in the global industry. Her goal is to be an unstoppable Producer who champions an inclusive and fair workplace to deliver impactful stories that are visually stunning and fun to produce!

  • Penny Davies

    Producer

    Penny is originally from the North West of England, and is now based primarily in Scotland. She has over 25 years of experience working in TV drama and feature film, initially as an assistant director, before moving into Production Management and Line Producing roles. Her short films as a producer have screened in film festivals on every continent, and she enjoys working with and developing new talent. Penny is moving from producing shorts into long form scripted work, and is absolutely thrilled to have the support of Wonder Women, and the fantastic 2026 cohort.

    Rachel is a creative Showrunner/Series Producer with a strong track record in delivering high-end factual content.

    Rachel has led projects from development through to delivery, balancing creative ambition with the demands of compliance, budget and schedule. She has held senior editorial roles across a range of major formats, working closely with directors, executives and commissioners to deliver bold and distinctive series.

    As a confident and collaborative leader, Rachel is dedicated to guiding ambitious and original projects, while fostering an environment that nurtures emerging talent and enables new voices to flourish.

  • Sara Harrak

    Writer/Director

    Sara recently directed the single drama Never Too Late (Vertigo Films / Channel 5), as part of the revived Play For Today slate, which champions new voices and brings low-income talent into the spotlight. She also recently directed a darkly-comic project for Comedy Central.

    Sara's latest film Solers United had its world premiere at BFI FLARE and is now on Film 4. Executive Produced by Dame Kelly Holmes, Sara is currently developing the project into a feature.

  • Shakera Talla-Gregory

    Creative Producer

    Shakera Talla‑Gregory is an award‑winning, multi‑skilled Creative based in London with 15 years of industry experience. A Media Arts graduate from Royal Holloway, she specialises in crafting impactful sports and entertainment stories through a distinctive, culturally informed lens. Her expertise spans scriptwriting, copy, ideation, directing and editing across high‑profile promos and campaigns. She has delivered work elevating women’s sport for Sky Sports and has directed and produced on‑location content for global broadcast, including the Olympics. Known for her calm, collaborative approach, Shakera is passionate about connecting audiences with stories and moments that inspire.

  • Tegan Edwards

    Tegan is an experienced self shooting Producer Director now based in Lancashire.

    Predominantly working on Unscripted sensitive access blue light documentaries, her credits include; Ambulance (BBC 1) Critical between life and Death (Netflix), Cause of death (Channel 5) & 24 Hours in Police Custody (Channel 4) 

    Tegan is currently very proud to be working on a first series of films for Doc Hearts from shoot to edit. 

    Tegan prides herself on being kind and approachable, whilst making everyone feel welcome and valued. She is an advocate for positive change within the television industry, standing up for yourself and encouraging good mental health. 

    She is incredibly passionate about people stories and cares deeply about the television she makes, she aspires to step up to Series Producer Director in the near future and learn as much as she can from this programme to enable her to develop and grow.

    Tori is a Series/Senior Edit Producer with a strong shooting PD background, known for staying calm in a crisis and genuinely loving the process of making great television. Passionate about storytelling that makes audiences laugh, feel something, or see a world they’d never otherwise access. She has extensive experience across pre-production, production and edit on UK and international shoots, working with both UK and US broadcasters including ITV, BBC and Netflix, working on shows from Love Island to Squid Games to This Morning. Highly organised and time-efficient, Tori thrives on shaping clear storylines, building trust with contributors and collaborating across teams. She is BUZZING to be a part of WW!

    Line Producer

    An accomplished Line Producer, Venita has 20+ years’ experience in Production Management, across an array of Unscripted programming for traditional broadcasters & streamers. During 12 years at the BBC, she supported iconic strands such as Timewatch and Omnibus. Venita has worked with well-regarded independent production companies managing notable projects including the groundbreaking series Planet Sex with Cara Delevingne for Fremantle, First of a Kind: AP Dhillon for Passion Pictures, International Emmy nominated Art Matters with Melvyn Bragg and Broadcast nominated The Road to Auschwitz, both with Oxford Films. Venita is currently at Conde Nast managing social video content for brands including Vogue & GQ.

  • Yvonne Cobb

    Presenter & Chef

    Yvonne Cobb is an award-winning Food and Lifestyle TV Presenter, Celebrity Cook and Deaf advocate, recognised for breaking barriers and achieving industry firsts. She is the first Deaf cook to appear on mainstream UK television and is currently a Presenter Cook on BBC Morning Live since 2023, having previously presented on ITV This Morning.  From 2018–2024, she was an co-anchor presenter on BBC See Hear, and in 2022 became the first Deaf female reporter on BBC News.

    A qualified teacher and entrepreneur who has run three businesses, Yvonne brings light and colour to the screens with confident, and impactful presenting. She has made a significant impact bringing sign language to mainstream media and is a Patron of Deafinitely Women and Action Deafness.

    Married with three grown-up children and a Spaniel, Yvonne enjoys fashion and beauty, cold water swimming, yoga, walking, camper van travel and hearing other people’s stories. Her dream is to lead her own mainstream television show presented through sign language.
