Timed to coincide with International Women’s Day, Wonder Women Live! provides a platform for over 100 women from the television and creative industries to engage in candid discussions, gain mentorship, and build professional networks. Hosted by television presenter and Wonder Women founder Ria Hebden, the event offers invaluable insights into career advancement, challenges facing women in the sector, and strategies for thriving in leadership roles.

Reflecting on recent industry challenges, Hebden said: “Wonder Women Live! continues to grow each year, bringing together extraordinary senior female leaders to share their wisdom and insights. At a time when many talented professionals are considering leaving TV due to industry contraction, our programmes provide crucial support: access to senior leaders, structured networking, and opportunities to learn directly from seasoned experts. It has never been more important for women to invest in their learning and development.”

Prime Video Pathway’s sponsorship of the Manchester event removes financial barriers for attendees, providing complimentary access for underrepresented talent across the North of England. The partnership also includes headline sponsorship of the 2026 Wonder Women Mentoring Programme, supporting 31 mid-to-senior level women across the UK to advance into senior creative leadership roles.

Founded in 2016 by Ria Hebden, Wonder Women CIC fosters an intersectional approach to professional and personal growth, providing mentorship, networking, and resources through live events, podcasts, online sessions, and a nationwide mentoring programme. The organisation is guided by a distinguished advisory board of senior female leaders from across the creative industries.
