Alison Lomax, Managing Director, YouTube UK & Ireland
As the Managing Director of YouTube UK & Ireland, her remit involves working with Government and policy makers and leading partnerships across the broadcast, communications, music and creative sectors to ensure British talent thrives globally. Alison also represents YouTube on the UK Government’s Creative Industries Council.
With a career defined by the intersection of creativity and technology, Alison’s background spans both the public and commercial sectors. Before joining Google in 2011, she held roles in advertising and worked alongside government departments, including the Foreign Office and MI5. She held several senior leadership positions during her 11 years at Google, culminating in her appointment as Managing Director of YouTube in 2023.
A diversity advocate, Alison is an active member of Women in Advertising & Communications Leadership (WACL) and a vocal champion for the growth of women’s football. Committed to inspiring the next generation, she also volunteers with Speakers for Schools, providing career guidance to secondary school students.

Amelia Brown, CEO Fremantle UK
Amelia Brown has been a driving force in television for over two decades, beginning her career as a runner on genre defining Pop Idol. Since those early days, she has worked on some of the UK’s most iconic entertainment shows including The X Factor, Britain’s Got Talent, The Weakest Link, Big Brother and Geordie Shore.
In 2013, Amelia joined Fremantle label Thames, where her visionary approach and creative leadership earned her a reputation as a BAFTA and multi-award-winning showrunner.
In 2017, she became Managing Director of the label, overseeing a diverse slate of hit productions such as BGT, Too Hot to Handle, I Can See Your Voice, and MAMMA MIA: I Have a Dream.
By 2023, Amelia’s talent and direction propelled her to the role of CEO of Fremantle UK. In this position, she leads the corporate strategy of one of the UK’s most dynamic production powerhouses, manages the output of all Fremantle UK labels and plays a vital role on the Fremantle Global Leadership team – all testament to her dedication and ability to shape the future of television entertainment.

Diane Kenwood, Chair, Women of the Year
Diane began her career in television and radio, pivoting from production to presenting, fronting programmes on BBC 1 and 2, Sky News and Channel 4, and she hosted a two hour daily phone-in and music radio show.
Making the move into magazines she then became the features editor on Having a Baby, worked on Good Housekeeping and was then appointed editor of the Marks and Spencer magazine.
Following a brief stint at the Guardian working on the development of a B2B magazine, she became the editor of Woman’s Weekly at IPC, later Time Inc.
After a decade on Woman’s Weekly, including its memorable centenary year, Diane then took a new role as Creative Director, Events and Craft, overseeing the branding and creative delivery for events across the multiple brands in Time Inc.
Diane currently has a weekly talk slot on Boom Radio, she’s the Chair of the Women of the Year Lunch and Awards. She also volunteers for Smart Works, a charity dedicated to helping women to get into employment and is on the Board of Trustees of the International Longevity Centre, the specialist think tank on the challenges and opportunities of longevity on society.

Emma Hardie, Executive Commercial and Brand Director, Aardman Studios
Emma Hardie sits on the Board of Directors at Aardman and as Executive Commercial and Brand Director is responsible for all commercial, distribution and licensing, marketing and brand partnership activity across the company.
Emma joined Aardman in 2024 from BBC Studios, where she led their Global Entertainment’s commercial strategy; overseeing the division's investment portfolio for new creative partnerships and programmes, managing commercial negotiations across co-productions and co-development, and driving brand partnerships and ancillary opportunities for global formats such as Dancing with the Stars (Strictly Come Dancing), Top Gear, The 1% Club and The Great British Bake Offand scripted series such as The Office, Ghosts and Luther.
Prior to that, Emma was Commercial and Brand Director for BBC Earth at BBC Studios, overseeing the brand's activity globally, as well as driving business development opportunities on landmark series Planet Earth II and Blue Planet II to expand reach and revenue, including a two Snapchat series, a Google Daydream VR experience, and several Imax films.
Emma spent two years as strategy consultant at Deloitte, advising Media companies’ executive boards on content and corporate strategy with clients ranging from BBC, The Guardian, Virgin Media, Sky, and international broadcast channels NHK, DR and RTVE.
Before entering the business side of TV, Emma spent time in development at Working Title Films, as well as Post Production at Films@59, followed by 5 years as a freelancer in production management on feature films such as Anna Karenina, RUSH and Paddington Bear. She has also produced 2 short films, one of which was selected for Raindance Film Festival and the London Short Film Festival.
Emma is a member of BAFTA and Women in Film and TV. In January 2025 Emma joined the Bristol One City Culture board.

Hilary Rosen, Director of Commissioning, UKTV & Chair, BAFTA
Hilary Rosen is Director of Commissioning at UKTV, where she oversees a growing slate of original scripted and unscripted programming that has helped define the broadcaster's commissioning strategy and creative identity.
Her recent commissions include original dramas Hit Point, The Cadburys, Bergerac, Bookish and The Marlow Murder Club, alongside unscripted titles such as Wagging Rights, Pete Wicks: For Dogs’ Sake, Will & Ralf Should Know Better and Guy Martin: Proper Jobs. She was also the original commissioner of Dave’s BAFTA-winning Taskmaster.
Hilary began her career in BBC News & Current Affairs on Panorama, later moving into the independent sector with senior roles at Lion Television before becoming Creative Director at Silver River Productions.
From September 2026, Hilary will serve as Chair of BAFTA, after being appointed Deputy Chair of the BAFTA Board of Trustees in 2025. She is a passionate advocate for mental health, inclusion and the future sustainability of the television industry, serving on the working group for the Film and TV Charity’s Mentally Healthy Productions initiative, mentoring mid-career women working in television, and sitting on the boards of Action for Freelancers and Creative Diversity Network.

Katharine Sacks-Jones, Chief Executive, Young Women's Trust
Katharine is Chief Executive of Young Women's Trust, working to drive up young women's incomes and pushing for a world of work that is finally fair. She has spent her career fighting for social justice — campaigning, building, and bringing about social, policy and legislative change.
As founding Chief Executive of Agenda, Katharine campaigned relentlessly for women and girls, leading directly to the establishment of the Women's Mental Health Taskforce, which she co-chaired with the health minister. At Become, she championed children in care and young care leavers, growing the charity into a nationally recognised force — named Children's Charity of the Year in 2024.
Katharine is driven by a conviction that inequality is not inevitable and that real change is possible when communities work together.

Neila Butt, Head of Creative Equity, Channel 4
Neila Butt is Head of Creative Equity at Channel 4. She has been working in TV and Audio for over 20 years, with a background in news. Her expertise in DEI challenges covers finding and working with both on- and off-screen talent, unpicking complex editorial, as well as running various interventions to improve representation and portrayal.

Rebecca Hodges, General Manager, UK, Nordics & Japan, Audio Network
Rebecca Hodges is General Manager, UK, Nordics & Japan at Audio Network, a Global Music Publisher, with over 10 years' experience helping Broadcasters, Advertising Agencies and Brands license music for their content. Specializing in partnerships with Brands, Rebecca uses her experience to help brands centralise their music usage to deliver cost efficiencies, quality control across all output and overall increased ROI.
Prior to her time at Audio Network, Rebecca worked in International Content Distribution for over a decade and was responsible for licensing international versions of the best TV shows and formats globally. The deal she remains most proud of is licensing Ru Paul's Drag Race to Netflix.

Reema Saakaan, President, 5
Reemah Sakaan is President of 5, Paramount’s UK public service broadcaster and streamer.
Reemah leads 5 and oversees its long-term growth strategy as it continues to expand its streaming footprint. As President, she oversees all key functions including content, marketing, communications, commercial distribution, streaming and product teams. Chief Content Officer Ben Frow reports to her.
She joins 5 with more than two decades of experience across streaming, global content and public service broadcasting. Most recently Global CEO of BritBox International, Reemah co-founded the streaming service and led the BBC-ITV backed venture’s expansion across eight markets, building a subscriber base of over four million.
At Britbox she forged major global partnerships with Amazon, Apple, Google and Comcast, and with a $180m content and marketing budget, she commissioned a slate of successful British originals, including International Emmy winning Irvine Welsh’s Crime, The Dry, After the Flood, Beyond Paradise, and new Agatha Christie adaptations. Under her leadership, BritBox grew by 25% annually and she oversaw BBC Studios’ acquisition of ITV’s share of the business before exiting after the transaction.
Prior to BritBox, Reemah held senior roles across both commercial and licence-fee funded public service broadcasters. She served as Director of Marketing & Media at ITV, where she helped launch ITV Hub. Earlier in her career she was Head of Marketing for BBC One and part of the launch team for BBC iPlayer, following earlier marketing roles at Diageo, General Mills and Reckitt Benckiser.
Reemah holds a DBA from Bath University. She is passionate about combining strong business leadership and data-driven results delivery with creativity – building growth cultures where great ideas can flourish and talented people can do their best work.

Ria Hebden Presenter & Wonder Women CEO
Ria is a television presenter, the Founder /CEO of Wonder Women CIC and founder of production company Carpe Diem Media Productions. Passionate about telling stories that celebrate diversity, champion women and inspire the next generation Ria founded community interest company Wonder Women TV, which is an inspirational women's network that elevates diverse women who work in Television and the Creative Industries in 2017.
Ria produces all of Wonder Women’s live events and creative, in addition to spearheading the brand's strategic vision.
Ria is also a seasoned events host and moderator for film premieres and industry awards, working with companies including Cannes Lions, Disney, ScreenSkills, MIPCOM and PromaxUK.

Stephanie Ronin-Chlond
Stephanie Ronan-Chlond has over 15 years of experience in the screen industries, working as a Producer and Director on documentaries for the BBC, ITV1, Channel 4 and Sky One.
In 2023 she moved into creative AI and is now an award-winning AI filmmaker working at the intersection of emerging technology and storytelling. Her work spans emotion-driven AI short films, branded content and artistic collaborations. She is also undertaking a practice-led PhD exploring AI filmmaking as a new creative medium.
Stephanie delivers training to industry professionals on how AI can support development, production and creative workflows across film and television - helping storytellers unlock new creative possibilities and navigate the rapidly evolving media landscape responsibly.
