Following the announcement of its highly anticipated return, The Wonder Women Conference 2025 unveiled a powerhouse line-up of speakers for its third annual one-day event set to lead bold, necessary conversations about the future of the industry and its impact on women who work in the creative industries.

Hosted by Wonder Women, the pioneering network dedicated to advancing diverse women in Television, Film and the Creative Industries, the Conference took place at the iconic BFI Southbank, London on Friday 26th September 2025.

Welcoming 300 mid-to-senior-level women from across TV, film, and the broader creative sector, offering a full day of career-advancing insights, community building, and immersive development training.

This is an all-day event that starts at 10am. Please arrive on-time and be prepared to engage, network and learn.

Held at the prestigious BFI Southbank, the Wonder Women Conference supports, nurtures and develops marginalised women who work in Television and the creative industries, who are at mid-senior level in their careers and are most at risk of leaving the sector in the current economic climate.

- There are 4x wheelchair spaces in the main hall (2 x spaces remain available).
- Access to the BFI is step-free.
- The maximum dimensions for a scooter/powered wheelchair in the lifts are 880mm wide, 1330mm long.
- The maximum weight for the lifts is 340kg.
- There are 6x wheelchair accessible and 4x ambulant bathrooms in the venue.
- We can safely store your wheelchair or scooter if needed.
- Guide dogs and assistance animals can be accommodated.
- Please let us know in advance if you'd like someone to look after your guide animal during the event, as we can request this from the BFI.
- Members of staff can guide you to quiet spaces if needed.

On arrival, tea, coffee and pastries will be available.
For the networking lunch, a light buffet lunch will be provided which will include a selection of baguettes, wraps, quiches, salad, crisps, cake and juice as outlined below.

- Tenderstem broccoli, red onions, goats cheese
- Chorizo, prosciutto, spring onions, mozzarella
Cake
- Carrot cake
For the networking drinks, prosecco and soft drinks will be available.
The BFI cafe will also be open throughout the day for you to purchase additional snacks if you are still peckish.
By attending the Wonder Women Conference you grant the organisers full rights to use the images resulting from photography and filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes. This might include, but is not limited to, the right to use them in printed and online publicity, social media, press releases, news stories and TV. Please let us know if you do not want your image to be included.
