As a Music & Talent Director, programmer, broadcaster, editor and consultant for MTV, Arfa has independently for the past 17 years, spearheaded an endless array of international platforms, including the launch and management of MTV’s first UK urban channel, MTV Base. Arfa has also been a judge at many industry awards such as MTV Brand New, MTV's Top Ten MC's, the BET Awards, MTV Europe Music Awards, Namibian Music Awards and the Unsigned Music Awards.

Rebecca Judd

Rebecca is an award-winning Drive time presenter who presents weekdays on Westside Radio 89.6 FM. She started radio presenting at the tender age of 18, at BreakLondon in Stratford before joining the Westside team and now co-presents an additional Grime Show called ‘Grime Sessions’ every Tuesday night. To date, Rebecca has interviewed Craig David, Kurupt FM, Lady Leshurr, Rita Ora, Shakka and most recently, one of the coolest dads in the world, Dennis Graham (Drake’s dad!)

 

Claire Horseman

Claire has over 20 years of experience in the music industry having started on reception at Profile Records, before making her way through the ranks at edel, BMG and Sony. She launched her own consultancy, Strutt, and career highlights include launching the Jive and Deconstruction imprints, overseeing the marketing department at Columbia Records UK and playing a central role in breaking artists such as Calvin Harris, Mark Ronson and Faithless. Claire is now the Managing Director of Coda Agency, a music agency that develops strategies for long-term success for music artists that include; Tom Odell, Example, Bastille and Jake Bugg, among others.

Melody Kane

DJ Melody Kane is an on-air personality & mix show DJ for BBC Radio 1Xtra and has gained a solid reputation amongst her peers in the music industry as being one of the most professional, talented & focused female DJ’s in the UK. Her performances have been tearing up sound systems, being one of the few female DJ’s who spins on vinyl, hosts herself on the Mic and has some serious technical mixing ability. Melody has appeared at all major festivals from Glastonbury to Reading performing alongside some of the biggest names in the industry including; Skepta, Tinie Tempah, Boy Better Known, Snoop Dogg, 2Chainz, Ghetts, A$AP Rocky playing to crowds up to 70,000 strong.
